The arcade is pricey and it’s definitely easy to burn through money there though. The kids had as much, if not more, fun than at the waterpark. Tom Foolery’s: We opted for the wristbands which included the rides, climbing walls, ropes course, zip line, dark ride, and laser tag. Most of the raft slides didn’t require you carry the raft up the stairs and had conveyer belts delivering the raft to the top. It was easy to get a table and there was no shortage of inner tubes. Everything seemed very clean and staff were all attentive. Water rollercoaster was a big hit with the kids. Loved that the indoo/outdoor hot tub is open even in the off season. Waterpark: Tons of slides and play areas. That said, it was acceptable and my 6 year old LOVED his milkshake. Most of the beers were out of stock and the food was average. The only meal that was a little below expected was the Wisconsin Brew Pub. Food at the waterpark was what one would expect. Also tons of breakfast burritos, quesadillas, breakfast sandwiches, French toast, pancakes, eggs Benedict, meats, etc. Had several egg scramble options that had fresh eggs, not the powdered, fake stuff.
Food: Great Karoo buffet had tons of options and was good value for the cost. Rooms were quiet and beds were comfortable despite other reviews. Allowed for the kids to go to bed and my friend and I to unwind in the living room at the end of the day. Room: Stayed in a 2 bedroom with living room suite which was clean and spacious. It’s great as the weather gets cold since you park and literally never have to leave the premises. Was perfect for this age group! I was a little nervous reading some of the recent reviews, but I’ve concluded that maybe some people are just too hard to please because we had an awesome stay. Spent two nights here with my son, my friend, and my friend’s daughter.
